Melba & Naiya Guesthouse / Dubova

Location

Access to Pensiunea Melba is by boat from Orşova and on several possible car routes: ~ on E771 from Drobeta Turnu Severin to Orşova and then on DN57 to Moldova Noua, the pension being located right at the entrance to Dubova; ~ from Reşiţa to Oraviţa and then on DN 57 through Naidăş to Moldova Nouă to Orşova; ~ from Timisoara, through Caransebeş – Orşova – Moldova Nouă. In the acacia forest opposite the Melba pension, Naiya offers tourists 5 double / single rooms in addition to the services and facilities of the mother pension.

Facilities

Traditional and zonal cuisine is prepared in the kitchen and served in the on-site restaurant and on the local terrace. It offers you 10 double / single rooms, accommodation services and a restaurant with a terrace on the banks of the Danube in an atmosphere where comfort and good mood prevail. All Melba guests have free access to the pool.

• walks on the Danube with floating pontoon, 300 RON / race (maximum capacity is 8 + 1 people, and the duration of the race is 1h 30 ″) in the Boilers area with a stop at the Veterani cave, Ponicova, Decebal’s carved rock face, Tabula Traiana;
• boat rides (maximum capacity is 5 + 1 people), 600 RON / 1h race or 300 RON / 30 ″ race or 150 RON / 15 ″
• pedal boat rentals with sunbed (maximum capacity 4 people), 30 RON / 1h
• water bike rentals without sunbed (maximum capacity 4 people), 20 RON / 1h
• kayak rentals (maximum capacity 2 people), 20 RON / 1h
• boat ride (maximum capacity 6 people), 150 RON / 15 ″
• walk with flats (2 flats can be pulled simultaneously after the boat), 150 RON / 15 ″ / flat 2 people
• mountain bike rentals, 50 RON / day or 5 RON / 1h;

• * pool access: 50 RON / day *free for the guests accommodated.

Rooms

Pension Melba offers rest and relaxation on the beach arranged by the old river, next to the swimming pool with clear water. Accommodation is in the 10 double rooms, tastefully decorated and equipped with telephone, cable TV, MP3 radio, minibar, private bathroom with hydromassage showers or jacuzzi.
